International Wushu Cup 2010
Minh-Zone Entertainment organizes in cooperation with Fang Oei Wushu on the 6th and 7th of March the first International Wushu Cup 2010. Yin Style Baguazhang at the AOMA.
An exploration of movement and internal work, from the Final Martial Art from the Forbidden City. Focusing on eight animal systems, to strengthen internal organs and equilibrium development. This class will include standing strengthening postures and meditation with an emphasis on correct body structure (muscular tension, tendon twisting, ground grabbing feet, sitting down and hollowing the hips, etc.), circle turning with emphasis on footwork and body calibration, moving strike training exploring different drilling methods and techniques of the specified animal system (Lion, Snake, Bear, Dragon, Phoenix, Rooster, Kirin, Monkey). This 10 class series will focus on the Dragon system.
About the instructor: Kuan Wang is an indoor disciple of He Jinbao. He has spent numerous years dedicating his life to preserving this rare, and ancient art of Baguazhang. Kuan has studied intensively in Beijing under the guidance of the Grand Carrier of Yin Style Baguazhang and is one of the only official Disciples currently teaching in the states.

He Jing De Wushu Nan Quan / Gun Seminar
He Jing De will be hosting a seminar on March 7th 2010 at the Wushu Shaolin Kung Fu School in Hawthorne California. There will be two seminars back to back for participants who are interested in learning compulsory Southern Fist or Compulsory Southern Staff. Each Seminar is $80 and will last approximately 4 hours.
